Racedeck Interlocking Floor Tiles
Racedeck interlocking floor tiles are the ultimate solution for concrete floors with excessive Vapor Emissions or Hydrostatic Pressure. Creating an attractive and comfortable environment for your garage floors, workshop or other concrete areas could not be easier. These modular floors are a cost effective alternative to epoxy or other coatings. No adhesives or special floor preparation needed. Installation can be done in one day or less.
Racedeck interlocking flooring is made of environmentally friendly, recyclable and UV stabilized polypropylene; an advanced plastic material that is similar to new car bumpers and gas tank liners, with additional additives to inhibit fading, static electricity and other conditions.
Perfect for Garage floors - Racedeck modular flooring has superior rollover strength, able to support heavy vehicles, is oil resistant, and impervious to gas and all automotive chemicals, as well as bacteria, mold and mildew. Racedeck is a non slip, skid resistant modular flooring that is easy to clean, and creates an excellent work and/or storage environment.
Racedeck modular floor tiles has a 15 year limited warranty and comes in several styles and colors suitable for garage floors, patios, workshops, showrooms and exhibitions, dealerships, aircraft hangers, service areas, and many other commercial, household, or industrial needs.
Roll On Rock™ Epoxy Urethane Polyurea Hybrid Concrete Floor Coatings
Roll On Rock is a revolutionary three coat system consisting of one coat of Hybrid Primer, Hybrid Bodycoat, and Plyurea. The "granite-look" is achieved by embedding a full broadcast layer of paint chips between the body coat and topcoat. This system will help camouflage imperfections in your garage slab. Also, unlike other flake floors, granite-look flooring will eliminate pinholes in most garage slabs. The paint chips act as a natural non-skid on your floor to protect you and your family.
Advantages of Polyurea
- Application in less than one day
- Walk on in less than two hours and drive on day two
- Hot tire resistant
- Chemical resistant
- Ultra low VOC
- Non flammable options
- Low odor options
- Tough and Durable
- Elegant and easy to clean
- No more concrete dusting
- Use indoors and outdoors
- Solid colors available

- Easy to clean
- High MVE Resistance

Epoxy / Polyurethane Color-Quartz Flooring:
Color-Quartz flooring is a five coat system consisting of one coat of Epoxy Primer, two coats of one hundred percent solids epoxy, and one coat of Polyurethane. The Color-Quartz is achieved by embedding blended quartz sand in the one hundred percent solids epoxy. Due to the addition of the blended sand and the second coat of one hundred percent solids epoxy, this system will also help camouflage imperfections in your garage slab. Like the granite-look system, the Color-Quartz flooring will eliminate pinholes in most garage slabs.
The Color-Quartz System will not:
Fill cracks, spalls, or expansion joints. (Patching is recommended to correct this.)
Fill perimeter cracks or serve as a caulk around the perimeter of the slab.
Hide excessive deterioration. (Floating is recommended to correct this.)
Strengthen the concrete.
Serve as a moisture or vapor barrier for moisture beneath the concrete.
Cabinets
Q What is Melamine?
A Melamine is a laminate, similar in appearance and durability to a Formica-type product. Melamine is not applied to a heavy paper like Formica is, so it must be applied directly to a wood product substrate. Industrial grade particle board is the most common choice because of its density and smooth surface. Thermally Fused Melamine is applied to both sides of a panel under high heat, creating a bond that will never fail. We use Melamine panels because of their resistance to scratching and scuffing, and because it is more economical than a Formica-type of product.
Q How are the cabinets installed
A They are screwed through the cabinet backs into the wall studs using 3 inch steel screws. They are suspended above the floor about six or seven inches. Because of their superior construction, they do not need any floor support.
Q Why do you suspend your cabinets above the floor?
A Garages are susceptible to infiltration by insects and sometimes even rodents. Creating a platform for the cabinets to sit on creates a place for pests to hide. Cabinet legs make it difficult to sweep under the cabinets, and are unsightly. Our unique method of construction makes floor support unnecessary. It is easy to sweep floors or hose under the cabinets to keep the garage clean and free of pests.
Q Why do you use particle board? Aren't they known to fall apart?
A The grade of particle board we use is referred to as "industrial grade". It is an extremely dense material with a Douglas Fir core, unlike the flake board and composition board found at the home improvement centers. The cabinets are guaranteed for as long as the homeowner owns their home. We could not offer this kind of guarantee using inferior materials.
